Late harvest plums from all families for storage tests of 60-90-120-150 days.

Plums were picked from mid September November and checked for all parameters in a goal to achieve best tasting plums that will be able to store throughout winter. A tasting panel was held with leading local growers to evaluate score based on performance. 10 varieties out of 5300 were grafted for semi commercial evaluation in different locations in Israel.
